Located in the steep slopes of the lush green hills of Maharashtra, The Plot is surrounded by unending views and calming greenery. The design is to follow the “one with nature” concept, in order to blend the built spaces into the surroundings. The accomodation facility is split into Villa Plots and Tents. Tents are proposed as extensions of the topography itself, in order for the guests to feel connected with the surroundings. Range of amenities like Banquet Halls, Restaurants, Pre-function areas, Recreational Gardens and Gazebos have been provided to make the resort a one stop destination for the guests. A stage and amphitheatre has also been included in the design to cater to a wider clientele. The exterior facade is conceptualised to be treated with raw, rustic materials to accentuate the wilderness surrounding the plot. The main focus of the conceptual developement was to maintain the massing in an unobstructive way to the topography.
