544- A signature villa located in ever present fog of AambyValley, Lonavala its English style has been accentuated by natural slate stone cladding giving a distinct look to the structure along with the sloping roof. The interior structures of the villa with Jaisalmer stone flooring are in sync with the teak wood and natural finish polished furniture. To bring together the interior and exterior of the structure kota stone flooring covers pathways, and other landscape areas, the cast iron railing being the refining element of the villa. To tackle the issue of heavy rainfall in Aamby Valley, a sloping roof structure has been conceptualized along with long lasting materials like Satvario marble tiles to avoid seepages in the walls. A detailed approach to every aspect of the project was provided referring heavily on client input and requirement. Finishing, materials, the villa acts as an oasis for its
residents.
